-Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day.   

-Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. 

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy: 

Items purchased from November 1st - December 15th 2024 can be returned for a refund or exchanged up until January 15th, 2025, no questions asked.

Simply email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com  before January 15th, 2025 for further instructions on how to proceed with an Exchange or a Return and we'll confirm if the other size is in stock or share how to easily return Items for a Refund to your Credit Card. Please share the Order # and the SKU # of the items you are interested in Exchanging for a different size, item or prefer to Return for a Refund. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

Our normal return & exchange policy lasts 30 days outside of the Holiday Shopping period: this will again come into effect for any orders placed after: January 15th, 2024.  You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your five digit order #. Please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com for instructions on how to proceed for an Exchange or a Return for a Refund.

 

Shipping on Exchanges in Canada 
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping. Please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com before returning your item for instructions on how to proceed. 

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label which you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post Office . Once we receive the item, we will re-send the correct size to you free of charge. We only cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer on orders over $20.00 CAD.

Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for an exchange, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

 

Return Shipping in Canada:
Rue Saint Patrick is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s) for a refund please mail to: 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Suite #508, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H4E1A8. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee of $15 if you use a Return label provided by Rue Saint Patrick: 

You can mail items to us for a refund by mailing them to 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Unit #508, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H4E1A8 or contact us by email and we can provide a Return Label with either Canada Post or with Fedex USA to return items to us for an Exchange or a Return. Please note if we provide the Shipping Label for a return for a refund, a $15 restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your Refund. In the case of an Exchange: we provide a Free Exchange Label, valid for 30 days for you to send us items back and will mail you other item(s) of your choice to try out with no additional charge to you.

 

Refund Confirmation 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

You can mail any items for a refund by mailing them to 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Unit #508, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H4E1A8 

 We strongly encourage you to simply contact us by email and we can provide a Return Label with Fedex International Connect to return items to us for an Refund. Please note if we provide the Shipping Label for a return for a refund, a $15 restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your Refund. In the case of an Exchange: we provide a Free Exchange Label, valid for 30 days for you to send us items back and will mail you other item(s) of your choice to try out with no additional charge to you. Rue Saint Patrick is not responsible for return shipping costs when returning for a refund. 

  Keep the Hangtag On

All Rue Saint Patrick garments have a hang tag attached. Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

Do not under any circumstances use "UPS" to return items to us for a refund: UPS charges exorbitant "brokerage fees" please do not ever under any circumstances use UPS to mail us any items for a return for a refund.  

Instead we strongly recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex International Connect Plus to return items for a refund to your Credit Card. Once we receive the items at our store you can expect an email confirming your refund has been processed. 

To return or exchange your product(s) yourself without a label provided by us, please mail them to: 5524 Rue Saint-Patrick, Suite #508, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H4E1A8. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Collect on Delivery Fees, Brokerage Fees & Customs, Duties & Taxes: 

Any items we import into Canada we pay duties and taxes to the CBSA to import them. Therefore, we will not be responsible or liable for paying additional fees, duties & taxes on your behalf if you choose to return items for a refund from the United States or other countries abroad using Courrier Services like "UPS".

If you return items for a refund and did not follow our clear instructions: the amount we are charged "Collect on Delivery" (C.O.D.) by UPS in brokerage fees will be deducted from your refund to your Credit Card. To easily avoid this situation: simply return items to us using USPS (United States Postal Service) or Fedex International Connect Plus to mail us back any items for a refund: adding "Returned Canadian Goods" in the Description of what is being sent back to us.

If I accidentally ship items from the USA to Canada back to Rue Saint Patrick for a Refund via UPS (United Parcel Service) how much will it cost?

Please be aware if you choose to send back for example 2 Men's Long Sleeve shirts for a refund using UPS: they will charge you: $48 USD ($65 CAD) in "Brokerage Fees." It may appear that UPS is the "cheapest option" to return items for a refund and that might be true in the United States for domestic returns: but it is in fact the opposite when shipping items from the USA to Canada due to the nature of "hidden fees" they refer to as "Brokerage Fees" you only discover the true amount once the package is delivered to our store and it is often close to the entire value of the package.  USPS & Fedex International Connect Plus are the best options and usually do not charge Brokerage Fees, Duties & Taxes unlike UPS. 

Return Shipping from UK, Europe & Australia:
